Original Chinese Painting of Landscape -Chinese Freehand Painting
34.5x34.5cm,Ink and Color on rice paper,Unmounted,2023.
I used freehand brushwork techniques to depict the scenery of autumn in bright red. In autumn, the mountains are covered in red, and a waterfall cascades down to break the tranquility of the mountains. White clouds float on the mountainside, and a cluster of trees beside the waterfall represents vitality. The entire work focuses on expressing my subjective feelings and is created very casually and naturally.
Chinese painting is a free expression of the painter's own thoughts, with abstract elements, different from Western realism techniques, advocating the completeness of the composition of the picture and the smoothness of the atmosphere, and having a strong power in expressing emotions.
This work was created by me using a new technique, directly using red paint to depict my own thoughts. Unlike the traditional method of using ink to outline mountains and trees, I use paint as ink to shape objects and present a new appearance. This is also an attempt in Chinese painting creation, striving to express a new appearance and style.
